Words to Live By: “Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.” -Rob Siltanen

I chose to work at BPGS Construction because… I chose to work at BPGS Construction upon graduating from college in 1999.  At the time, BPGS Construction was just starting up and had only four associates.  I declined offers from larger, well-known, established construction managers to take a chance on BPGS, a small start-up with young entrepreneurial owners at the time.  I wanted to be a part of a ground-up construction company tied to a developer with huge growth potential.

BPGS Construction is unlike any other company because… BPGS is a dynamic, creative, and innovative design-build construction company that directly serves a large private developer, The Buccini Pollin Group, as well as select third party clients . Our team consists of smart, forward-thinking individuals that always find a way to get the most difficult projects done for our very demanding clients. Since BPGS is associated with a development company, we are involved in the design, estimating, and value engineering from the very beginning of all projects.
