• Retrot of the old Delaware Trust Bank Lobby into a new restaurant and bar.
• Two mezzanine areas totaling over 2,000 SF were reconstructed for dining, storage space and oce space.
• Main dining level and kitchen are located on slightly dierent levels of the building so demolition of a 6 wythe brick wall and shoring was needed to make way for the entrance to the new 1,300 SF kitchen.
• The kitchen was built within the neighboring structure of the main restaurant which was part of an existing parking garage.
