• In October 2007, BPG acquired the Sheraton Edison from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide for $13.5 million.
• The hotel was closed for a 6 month, $20 million redevelopment period, in order to undergo a complete guestroom renovation and public space reconfiguration.
• The new and improved Sheraton Edison features 276 guest rooms, full-service Starbucks®, Link@Sheraton, restaurant (The Chairman’s Grill and Bar), 17,000 square feet of meeting space, and revamped fitness center.
