BPGS Construction’s Hotel Project Canopy by Hilton Breaks Ground in Washington D.C.
May 12, 2016 5:58 pmBPGS Construction is development partners with Federal Realty in the construction of a 22 story mixed use building which includes ground level retail, a 10 story Hilton Canopy hotel and 10 floors of condos above.
Federal Realty is administering the general contractor, and BPGS Construction has over sight of the hotel component. The project, a 177-room hotel, which includes 23 suites and two spectacular, three-bay Presidential suites, is located at 11580 Old Georgetown Road and has recently broken ground!
