May 7, 2015 8:00 amOne of the largest residential apartment projects in downtown Wilmington, Delaware since The Residences at Rodney Square (Delaware Trust Building,) Mid-town Park includes a luxury apartment community with 231 units and a subterranean 500 spot parking garage. The project consists of one 5-story building and one 7-story building connected by a pedestrian bridge.
The project is estimated to be completed in the Summer of 2017 and is a total of 417,000 Square Feet.
