I chose to work at BPGS Construction because… I chose to work at BPGS Construction upon graduating from college in 1999. At the time, BPGS Construction was just starting up and had only four associates. I declined offers from larger, well-known, established construction managers to take a chance on BPGS, a small start-up with young entrepreneurial owners at the time. I wanted to be a part of a ground-up construction company tied to a developer with huge growth potential.
