• With a design build approach and a specific budget to work with BPGS Construction took what was once a dark, aged lobby with dated finishes and renovated it into a brighter more vibrant space.
• With a building full of tenants BPGS had to phase the construction to avoid any impact on continued tenant use and productivity.
• Restrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor were also renovated with newer, brighter finishes and brought up to ADA standards.
• The biggest challenge was working in a building that was built in 1925 with no as-built drawings to reference for demolishing and renovating the space.
