• Project is located in a commercial oce building in downtown Wilmington, DE and consists of the main gym and juice bar on the ground floor level, and high-end locker rooms in basement, complete with steam rooms and showers.
• Features interesting contemporary design features such as curved walls, curved openings in the ceiling and a patterned poured rubber flooring.
• Complex logistics involving structural, plumbing and mechanical issues went into creating the locker rooms in the basement.
